Her dedication led her to train under the revered Dr. JVS Vidyasagar,
earning a prestigious fellowship in Arthroscopy from the Indian Association
of Arthroscopy in 2008. Building on her expertise, she pursued another
fellowship in pain management under the guidance of the accomplished Dr.
Lakshmi Vas in Mumbai, further enriching her medical repertoire.
Equipped with a degree in Hospital and Healthcare Management from
Symbiosis University, Pune, Dr. Magdum assumed the role of Chief
Coordinator at SARVAMANGAL Hospital, Miraj. Her exceptional leadership
